COOK, Vikki, b England? 20th-c solo-singer, singing teacher, songwriter and worship leader; most notably, she has composed one tune which gained rapid popularity wedded to an older text. Many of the new songs are the combined work of Steve and Vikki Cook, who formed ‘Before the Throne Music’ c2000. Among other recordings they have issued ‘Songs for the Cross-centred life’, and worked with Mark Altrogge and other musicians. No.503.
