Mighty, magnificent God

Mighty, magnificent God,
author of life, King of creation;
mountains and valleys rejoice,
oceans resound in celebration.
The heavens declare your glory,
the earth sings out your praise,
and nature, in its beauty,
your handiwork displays.

     You are the power that rules the sea,
you reign for ever in majesty,
you are the one who will always be
mighty, magnificent God,

all you have made speaks of your greatness.
Once there was nothing at all;
