A guitarist and worship leader since his teens, he began a full-time ministry in 1990 and has written over 500 ‘praise songs’ in various styles. In 1992 he recorded ‘Carry me away’; today ‘he leads worship at a small church on a volunteer basis’ in S California which he regards as home. The MP series, followed by Sing Glory (1999) were the first of the larger UK collections to feature his work, in each case his best-known song, as widely used at some notable N American events and included here.
